Mark Walmsley – Chief Executive Officer
For over three decades Mark has been actively driving the delivery of healthcare solutions across UK, Scandinavia, Latin America, Middle East, Turkey & Africa regions. A specialist in mergers and acquisitions in the property and infrastructure sector, Mark’s expertise centers on business restructuring and new market development, Strategic Partnerships, and Structured Private Finance using Public Private Partnerships. Mark played a leading role in developing the UK PFI/PPP market and has led and helped grow some of the most successful infrastructure companies and consultancy firms in the UK, Scandinavia and Africa. Mark was awarded a Fellowship by Chartered Institute for Building for his key role in providing the UK infrastructure for living, working, and travelling.
Curt Volpert – Chief Operations Officer
Is a qualified accountant with extensive experience managing operations for several global companies such as GE Capital, Dell Computers and Dimension Data. Born and raised in South Africa he relocated to Europe in 2001 where he was responsible for Dell Computers European Financial Services strategy. Since 2010, Curt has been based in Jersey just after he founded Joe Public and consults to a range of corporate companies in the financial services sector on performance management and business process improvement.
